RMR-204S is a “Gemini” surfactant product developed to improve crude oil recovery according to the geological characteristics of low permeability and ultra-low permeability oilfields and the physical properties of crude oil. With good oil displacement effect, RMR-204S is convenient and will not cause any damage to the formation. And no abnormality will be found in the oil-water separation of the produced fluid. RMR-204S is a neutral product with stable performance, which is non-volatile and no odor. The production process of this product is mature and the quality is stable. As an environment-friendly product, the production process of this product had achieve zero emission.

Performance Characteristics

The active ingredient of RMR-204S is a single agent with a single agent rate of more than 95%. It solves the problem

of “chromatographic separation” caused by the compound use of traditional surfactants.

The high permeability of the product is improved, and the seepage effect in low permeability reservoir is excellent. Under the condition of permeability of 0.1-1.0 milidarcy, the transmittance of the product is 99.5%.

As it solves the problem of periodic reversal of rock surface wettability during the use of traditional surfactants, the product can change the rock surface wettability to strong hydrophilicity without reversal.

With excellent salt resistance, the product is not allergic to salt water and can be used in saturated salt water.

With the characteristic of high temperature resistance, the product can be used within 130℃.

Packaging and Storage 

The product is packed in polyethylene plastic drums with a net weight of 200kg; Keep it in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
