RMD-04N is a nano plugging material made of multi-component polymer synthesized by alkyl sulfonate, alkyl ester and crosslinking agent through special process. The molecular chain of the product has a variety of adsorption groups, which can be firmly adsorbed on the shale surface. Its particle size is easy to block the micro fractures and bedding of the shale formation, prevent the penetration and hydration of water and drilling fluid to the formation, and then play the role of stabilizing the well wall.

Performance Characteristics

RMD-04N is a nano polymer plugging material with a median particle size D50 below 0.5μm. It has a high matching degree with the size of shale bedding and micro cracks, which can play an effective plugging role;

RMD-04N is composed of nano dispersed polymer solid particle. With wide service temperature, it still has good physical plugging effect when the bottom hole temperature is 200℃.

RMD-04N is a non-fluorescent plugging material, which can be used in exploration well construction and effectively improve the stability of well wall in exploration well construction;

The product has good compatibility. As a environmental friendly product, the product is conducive to environmental protection and reservoir protection.

Packaging and Storage 

The product is packed in polyethylene plastic drums with a net weight of 200kg; Keep it in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
