RMD-02 is a kind of good inhibitor with cationic characteristics and low molecular weight, which is formed by polymerization of low molecular weight polymers and other chemical agents. Due to the above characteristics, when water-based drilling fluid is added, it can quickly enter between clay crystal layer, blocking the entry of other ions or water molecules, so as to effectively prevent the hydration, dispersion and expansion of clay, and also effectively maintain the stability of formation and drilling fluid.

Performance Characteristics

The product has good shale inhibition, which can effectively control the hydration and dispersion of clay and prevent bit mud package. It is suitable for all kinds of soft mudstone strata, salt gypsum strata, strong water sensitive strata and other complex strata;

As the product has strong salt and calcium resistance, it can be used in fresh water, brine, saturated brine and seawater drilling and completion fluid;

The product can resist high temperature above 200℃ and can be used in deep and ultra deep wells;

Compared with conventional polyamine inhibitors, this product has little impact on the rheological properties and filtration properties of drilling fluid, and can be gently added to various water-based drilling fluids;

With low freezing point and cold resistance, the product can be stored and used under cold conditions;

The product has good compatibility with other treatment agents.

Packaging and Storage 

The product is packed in polyethylene plastic drums with a net weight of 50kg or 200kg; Keep it in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
