Filtrate reducer RMD-12H for drilling adopts the molecular structure design concept and is polymerized by solution method through the optimization of temperature and salt resistant monomers. Due to the large space volume of the introduced monomer repeating unit, RMD-12H can effectively increase the steric resistance, so as to improve the rigidity of the copolymer molecule, improve its temperature resistance, salt resistance, shear resistance and filtration reduction performance. RMD-12H overcomes the shortcomings of conventional polymer fluid loss reducer, such as poor shear resistance, poor temperature and salt resistance, and poor HTHP fluid loss reduction effect. It is a new polymer fluid loss reducer, which can be used in the constructing of deep well, ultra-deep wells and high salinity brine drilling fluid.
