The main agent of RMR-412D is composed of polycarboxylate polyether phosphate and polycarboxylate high carbon alcohol ester, and the auxiliary agent is mixed alcohol. It can disperse colloid and asphaltene in high viscous oil and prevent colloid and asphaltene molecules from aggregating into accumulation. The viscosity of heavy oil can be reduced by adding the agent, and the long-term use can prolong the pipe wall cleaning cycle. And it also can remove the gum and asphaltene bonded on the pipe wall.

Field Application

The product can be added in heavy oil wells and pipeline without water or with low water content, which can reduce viscosity and prevent the precipitation and wall formation of colloid and asphaltene;

The product can be added while adding dilute crude oil to reduce the amount of dilute crude oil;

When colloid and asphaltene adhere more to the oil well tubing wall and need to be cleaned, the product can be diluted about 10 times with diesel oil, heavy aromatics and dilute crude oil with viscosity lower than 50mPa.s and heated to 120℃～150℃. After that, the product will be squeezed into the well from the annulus, and then the well tubing can be cleaned without stopping pumping.

Packaging and Storage 

The product is packed in polyethylene plastic drums with a net weight of 200kg; Keep it in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
